Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Zstech Marketing LLC (Rocketor) for the SuperMarketing paid ads sprint.

1. Who we are

Zstech Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "the company"), trading as Rocketor, provides the SuperMarketing paid advertising management service for ecommerce stores and local service businesses. Our business operates on Whop at whop.com/zstech-marketing, where subscriptions are billed.

2. What you are buying

A subscription to a 30-day paid ads sprint: ad account audit, campaign build, creative brief and copy, optimisation passes, and written performance reports. The exact scope of your plan (Basic or Pro) is the plan you select at checkout.

The sprint renews automatically every 30 days at the price shown on the plan you selected, until you cancel. Any free trial period is shown on the plan at checkout and on our pricing page, which reads live data from Whop.

3. Where the service is delivered

Billing, receipts, invoices, card updates and cancellation all happen on Whop. Reports, audits, creative briefs and campaign plans are delivered in your client portal on this website, using the email address you used at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials secure and for granting the ad account access we need to do the work.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the advertising accounts and assets you grant us access to, and that your offers, claims and landing pages comply with Meta, Google and applicable advertising law.

We do not guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on your offer, pricing, market, budget and platform behaviour.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Whop. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and access to the portal continues until then. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost ad spend.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, and material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
