Refund & Cancellation Policy

How trials, renewals and refunds work.

Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you pay nothing during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost. The trial length is shown on the plan at checkout and on our pricing page.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew every 30 days at the price of the plan you selected, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop billing page; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because the sprint is a service delivered during the period you pay for, fees already charged are not refundable once work has started. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will review it in good faith.

Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to the original payment method through Whop.
