What data we collect, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, company name, and a hashed password if you create a portal account.

Service data: the ad accounts, campaigns and assets you connect, plus the kickoff answers you submit so we can do the work.

Payment data: handled by Whop. We never see or store your card details; we store only the Whop identifiers needed to confirm your subscription is active (plan, membership, payment reference).

Why we collect it

To deliver the sprint, publish your reports in the portal, confirm your subscription status, and answer your requests. Where we email you, we do so about your service or, if you asked, about our work.

Who processes it

Whop processes payments and subscription management. Our website and database run on our own infrastructure. Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) process the ad account data you grant us access to under their own terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and delivery records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us from our contact page.
